We decided to take another trip to L A and visit our son. He took us to Hae Ha Heng Thai Bistro on 3rd and Western. Upon entering it had a nice retro and comfortable atmosphere. We ordered fried gyoza, Thai hot wings, filet of sole, teriyaki chicken, and noodle soup and Thai tea. The sauces on the dishes were flavorful and added a nice kick to already well presented dishes. Servers were quick and attentive. Underground parking is available...with an elevator to take you to the 2nd floor. Bottomless mimosas and sangria served all day everyday.

We got the fried tofu, shrimp wonton, calamari rings, cream cheese wonton, chicken pad see ew, Tom yum soup, and pineapple fried rice. The tofu and shrimp wonton was basically dead without the sauce. The cream cheese wonton (my personal favorite) was awesome and tasty. The tom yum soup was spicy and flavorful. The calamari rings were good but I had better. The spicy mayo type of sauce that came with the calamari rings was awesome though. We came during happy hour which ends at 7. During happy hour, the shrimp and cream cheese wonton, and the fried tofu cost about $2 each. They also had water that is the perfect temp. The service was good. They asked if we were enjoying our food, and got us those water cups in no time! They were very hospitable. The atmosphere was moderately quiet. There is music playing in the background and sitting on the outdoor patio is very refreshing. This place is a pretty nice place to go to.

This place has a nice zen atmosphere about it, The Severs are very attentive and pleasant to have. The Lunch special is what I order $15 bucks main plate side salad and a drink. Can't beat that while the rice comes as a heart. You should know it good

The atmosphere was nice, and although the meat in the dish was a bit tough, the overall taste was good. They have a lunch special, and drinks are included, so the food prices are reasonable.

This place is very cute. The patio seating is nice because it's like a little oasis in the city. Service was great. Best dishes: chicken satay, tiger eye steak, lychee ice tea Not worth it: grilled squid (a bit fishy), calamari (cool presentation but very bland), Thai ice tea (too milky and not enough tea)

Service was fantastic and the food looked great! Unfortunately, before the food arrived, I had to leave due to a medical emergency. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate — quickly switching to put everything in to-go containers so that we were still able to get our food. They were so kind and hospitable despite the chaos I had thrown their way. Hope to actually eat there soon.

Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — Hae Ha Heng Thai Bistro nails it with both their Pad Thai and Papaya Salad. The Pad Thai is perfectly stir-fried with tender chicken, chewy rice noodles, and a rich, balanced sauce. Topped with crisp bean sprouts, shredded carrots, and a lime wedge for a fresh kick. The Papaya Salad is a vibrant mix of crunchy veggies, peanuts, shrimp, and that signature Thai tangy-spicy flavor. Super refreshing and visually stunning! Both dishes are a delicious blend of tradition and presentation. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
